Refund policy

At Found Your Next, we want you to love your new beauty tech as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original, unopened packaging (due to hygiene reasons for our LED masks, sculpting devices, and whitening strips).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or is technically faulty, please contact us immediately at support@foundyournext.shop with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo or video of the damage/fault.

Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund—no need to return the faulty item to us.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind and the item is still sealed and unused, you may return it to us for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • How to Return: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@foundyournext.shop for the correct return address in the [UK/Your Country].

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Items Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. If they cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
