We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, and all International destinations. No matter where you are, we’ll get your next find to your door.

2. Delivery Times

Because we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers (primarily in East Asia) to keep your costs low and our shipping free, delivery typically takes:

  • UK & Europe: 7 – 12 Business Days

  • USA & Canada: 8 – 14 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 10 – 20 Business Days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Factors such as local postal delays or customs processing may occasionally add 2-3 days to the timeline.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (including UK and EU post-Brexit), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

6. Multiple Item Orders

To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Don't worry—you will still receive tracking for every parcel, and shipping remains free for all of them.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at suppport@foundyournext.shop within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
